This was my first time to see a really good gorge and swimming hole, and the lush tropical vegetation at the edge of the waterways and pools. The walk in was a bit rough, and lots of scrambling to get down to the actual swimming hole at the bottom of the waterfall, but well worth it. There were a few people down there, not many, and lovely cool water. Then we had the dubious pleasure of watching some locals jumping off the gorge wall into the pool, very brave and very stupid !
Lots of kids played up the top, and gazed over the edge of the waterfall, particularly when the guys jumped off.
